Se a semana pasada afianzabamos raíces en Ourense, esta tócanos en Vigo da man dun novo socio: El Colectivo Wiley.

El Colectivo Wiley nace como proxecto no ano 2008 pero non se consolida como S.L. ata o 2010. Esta axencia viguesa homenaxea co seu nome a Wiley Post, aventureiro que sentou as bases da aeronáutica moderna. O seu lema “Empowering Creative Wealth”  xoga coas siglas das iniciais da empresa.

Os seus integrantes intentan reunir neste novo proxecto o mellor do aprendido durante o seu percorrido polas grandes axencias nacionais e internacionais, como é o caso de McCann Erickson,  pero sempre intentando  mitigar as pequenas debilidades que se foron atopando nelas.

Consta dun organigrama de cinco cargos fixos, todos eles directivos dunha área específica da axencia: dirección creativa, tecnolóxica, de produción, de servizos e financieira. A partir de aí xogan coa xestión de bos talentos para lograr dar o contido máis axeitado a cada un dos proxectos que levan a cabo. Cren que o mundo está cheo de talento e non se debe hermetizar nun posto de traballo “pechado”.

Actualmente, como axencia de publicidade e innovación  que son, están perfeccionando os seus servizos e implantando o seu ECW_Coaching de formación in-house ás empresas, principalmente en temas relacionados co Social Media Marketing. O seu traballo parte do modelo ECW_Engagement, que pretende buscar a converxencia de calquera acción de comunicación cara o único obxectivo de compromiso marca/consumidor.

No seu portfolio aparecen clientes como Caixanova, Xunta de Galicia, Turgalicia, D.O. Ribeiro, Universidade de Vigo, Gradiant ou o Centro Superior de Hostalaría de Galicia.
